She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Smith and Mabel Harrold Smith; her husband Rosario Cruz; her children, Juanita "Wanda" Cruz Couture and Gregory Cruz; her sister Helen Schlotter; and her son-in-law Dino McCormick.
She is survived by: her children, Luis Cruz (Rae) of Poland, Antonio Cruz (Sue) of Campbell, Delores "DeeDee" Wade (Daniel) of Youngstown, Linda Byle (Tom) of Youngstown, Elena Cruz of Youngstown and Teresa McCormick of Youngstown. She is also survived by her 34 grandchildren, 66 great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Davis-Becker Funeral Home (8536 Market St, Boardman, OH 44512). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
