She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Migliaccio and Marianna Migliaccio (Russo); her husband Dominic T. Palmer; her son Dominic "Tom" Palmer; her children-in-law, Bill Moransky and Karen Palmer; and her siblings, Sam, Frank Migliaccio, Mary Monaco, Rose Bozzo and Grace Jelsomeno Lewis.
She is survived by: her children, Marie Moransky of Mineral Ridge and Joseph Palmer of Niles; her grandchildren, Michael Palmer (Chrissy), Ellie Westerburg (Aaron) and Toni Wallace (Aaron); her great grandchildren, Michael, Stephen Palmer, Maddox, Mason Westerburg, Bradley and Dominic Wallace; and her brother Joe Migliaccio of Trenton, MI.
