He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Dominic and Hazel Ingram Dominic; his son Larry Dominic; and his sisters, Delores Ifft and Ruth Ann Blakeman.
He is survived by: his wife Marlene Urich Dominic; his sons, Dennis Dominic (Lana) of Las Vegas and Terry Dominic (Barb) of Austintown; and his grandchildren, Kristy Grimm (Randy) of Austintown and Kevin Dominic (Danelle) of Cleveland. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
