He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald E. Smail and Ruth Ann Smail (Boyer). He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Smail (Pogany); his children, Heather McMasters of Austintown, Matthew Smail (Renee) of Canfield and Joshua Smail (Ashley) of Austintown; his siblings, Steve Smail (Yvonne) of New Mexico, Michael (Steven Preston) of Michigan and Lisa Little (Jerry) of Austintown; and his grandchildren, Jacob, Nora, Colt, Liam, Brynlee and Grant. He is also survived by his four grand dogs.
