He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Wood and Maude Wood (Wigle); his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Wood; and his siblings, Wilfred (Woody), Lee (Bud), William, Phyllis (Dugan) and Marjorie (Kish).
He is survived by: his father-in-law George Cox; his children, Pilot, Don (Kathy) of Salem, OH, Dan (Mimi) of Ravenna, OH, Ed of Austintown and Dee of Stow, OH.; his grandchildren, Lauren, Michael, Lillian (Jake Emery), Isaac, Phoebe and Allison; and his great grandchildren, Ruth and Remi.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Lane Austintown Chapel (5797 Mahoning Ave, Youngstown, OH 44515). A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
