He was predeceased by: his parents, John B. Sr. Tolliver and Viola E. Tolliver (Rucker); his son Lieutenant Clarence Henry Tolliver, Jr. (U. S. Navy); his siblings, John B. Tolliver, Jr. and Ruth Tolliver Satterwhite; and his close friend Forrest J. Cavalier.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Tolliver (Clark) of Austintown; his daughter Pamela Denise Tolliver of Wooster; and his close friends, Jeri S. Masters, Ed and Diane Reese.
