She was predeceased by: her parents, William Kastner and Dorothy Kastner (Nelson). She is survived by: her husband Raymond Miskell; and her brother Bill Kastner (Susan). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. (2429 Wilmington Rd, New Castle, PA 16105). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
