She was predeceased by: her parents, Myrtle Briggs Lewis Burdick and Charles Burdick. She is survived by: her husband Paul Leonard; her daughters, Patricia Mealy (Larry) of Liberty Township and Bonnie Zuccala (Keith) of New Fairfield, CT.; her grandchildren, Jessica Quittenton (Bill), Jeremy Davis (Nichole), Jason Davis (Jana), Zachary and Lilly Charlotte Zuccala; her great grandchildren, Emerie, Sullivan, Jason Jr., Jocelyn and Kian; and her brothers, Fred, Don, Merle, Robert "Mike" and Ray Lewis.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Salvation Army.
