He is survived by: his parents, Dr. Chuck McGowen and Kay McGowen (Umble); his sons, Clayton (Leslie) and Clifford McGowen (Taylor) of Westerville; and his sisters, Wendy McKee (Mark) of Greer and Brenda Gregory (David) of Canfield, Ohio.. He is also survived by his six grandchildren.
