She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Richards and Sophia Richards; her husband Edward "Ted" Tarr; her son Thomas Tarr; and her brother Darwell Richards.
She is survived by: her sons, David "Scott" Tarr of Austintown, Daniel Tarr (Brenda) of Girard and William Tarr of Youngstown.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM at the Lane Canfield Chapel (65 N Broad St, Canfield, OH 44406). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 12:45 PM and at 1:00 PM.
