He is survived by: his mother Rita Hetrick-Brown (Tamber) of Hermitage; his sister Bernie Hetrick of Hermitage; his niece Alyssa Ricciardi (Matthew); his uncle Ron; and his aunts, Madge Tamber and Jean Hetrick.
