She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Waite and Josephine Rial Waite; her husband William E. Carter; and her siblings, Angeline Steele, Helen Crichton, Paul Waite, Howard Waite, Richard Waite, Ted Wait, Simeone Waite and Ruth Waite.
She is survived by: her sons, David Baker and Chuck Baker. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
