She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hornak and Anna Grec Hornak. She is survived by: her children, Michael Uhlar (Jennifer) of Fox Island and Andrea Keller (Matt) of Canfield; her grandchildren, Matt, Cassie, Eric Uhlar, Kayley and Samuel Keller; and her sister Mary Jean Yohman. She is also survived by her niece and nephews.
