She was predeceased by: her parents, John Schengeli and Rose Schengeli (Flaker); her son Michael Pierson; and her siblings, Victoria Schengeli, John and Andrew Schengeli.
She is survived by: her husband William G. Pierson; her son John Pierson (Gina) of Columbus; her grandchildren, Amelia Pierson-Martin (Chris) and Avery Pierson; and her nephews, Andrew and Stephen Schengeli.
