He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Judge Patrick F. Gallagher and Eileen B. Gallagher; his family Irish; his wife Lynn; his children, Amy, Jaclyn, Tim (Sarah) and Erin (Michael); his grandchildren, Jack, Aiden and Conor; and his siblings, Pat (Cyndie), Mike (Cathy), Jay (Kathleen), Colleen (Greg), Tony, Lou (Tami), John (Beth) and Vince.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Ripepi Funeral Home (5762 Pearl Rd, Parma, OH 44129). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Charles Borromeo Church (5891 Ridge Rd, Parma, OH 44129).
