He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Horley (Bellery) and John Horley; and his brothers, William and Ralph. He is survived by: his wife Mary of Aurora; his daughter Monica Rice (Dan) of Shalersville; and his sister Laverne Sezemsky (Jerry) of North Royalton, Ohio..

James John Horley, age 82, of Aurora, Ohio went home to be with the Lord on April 12, 2023 after a battle with Alzheimer's disease.
