She was predeceased by: her husband Richard T. "Dick" Mulcahy; her parents, Ben Janicki and Helen Janicki; her siblings, Alice Doane (Stan) and Earl Janicki (Pepper); and her daughter Lynda Fazio.
She is survived by: her daughter Kelly Clunn (Phil); her grandchildren, Brandyn Manocchio-Stout (Eric), Colin Manocchio, Christopher Manocchio, Colleen, Erin and Sean Clunn; and her great grandchild Kai Stout.
