He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Smouse (Cathy) of Sanford, Lynne Smouse (Hector Lopez) of Portland and Barbara Anne Colucci (Douglas) of Stony Brook; his grandchildren, Scott Smouse (Carey), Bryan Smouse (Emily), Alex Colucci (Amanda), Ryan Colucci, Kamil Lopez and Nichole Smouse-Lopez; and his great grandchildren, Tyler Smouse, Harrison Smouse, Aiden Smouse, Nyleah Lopez and Hope Dalton.
