He was predeceased by: his wife Wanda Carol; and his parents, Hattie Vance and Mckinley Vance. He is survived by: his daughters, Elizabeth Ann Rose (Greg), Karen Sue Plumley, Kathy Lynn Vance and Tammy Lee Vance Hamrick; his grandchildren, Donald Ray Flegal, William Cody Newrones, Jessica Lynn Vance, Katie Lynn Vance, Amy Lynn Vance and Stephanie Carol Hamrick; and his great grandchild Declan Jerry Andrea.
