He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kenneth "Bill" Peffley Klinger and Marion MacNab Klinger; his siblings, Peter W. Klinger, D. C. of Washington and Dave; and his sons, Willard (Donna Pierce), Mark (Judy Klinger) and Bryan Klinger (Nora Prendergast).
