He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton O'Neil and Helen O'Neil; his former wife Jean Thompson O'Neil; and his brother-in-law Frank Downing. He is survived by: his wife Sharon O'Neil; his stepchildren, Michael Souders Jr. and Christine Larson-Hall; his grandchildren, Michael Souders III, Shannon Ross, Derek Ross and Carson Souders; his sister-in-law Marilyn Downing; and his nieces and nephews, Kevin Downing, Derek Carr, Jason Carr, Patrick Duff, Denise Downing, Valeria Sypula and Mary Duff.
In lieu of flowers the family wishes memorials be made to Justin T. Rogers Hospice Care Center, 3358 Ridgewood Rd., Fairlawn, OH 44333.
