He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore E. Holt Sr. and Esther Holt; his son Theodore E. Holt III (Rebecca); and his siblings, William and Ruth Radloff (Douglas).
He is survived by: his wife Winifred; his children, Holly Ward (Christopher), Thomas, Michael (Denise) and Christopher (Justine); and his siblings, James (Joan), Eugene (Carolyn), Timothy (Paula), John, Linda Mislosky (Wayne), Cheryl Stewart (Michael), Jacklyn Brenick (Chuck) and Deborah Ottman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
