He was predeceased by: his father Blaine J. Bush. He is survived by: his mother Donna L. Bush; his wife Kelly Lyn; his children, Nicholas M. Judd (Makayla Hart) and Isabella K. Bush; his brother Todd Bush (Andrea); his nieces and nephews, Claire, Brady and Leah Bush; and his in-laws, Barbara Hall, Tim Wenzel, Toni Erzen (Brett) and Dianne Hawk (Mike).
