He was predeceased by: his brother Dave Raines; and his parents, Marvin Raines and June Raines. He is survived by: his wife Pam Raines; his son Jeff Raines (Mallory); his stepdaughters, Julie (Bergh) and Mindy (Bergh); his grandchildren, Makenna Wald, Riley Pelto, Reese Pelto, Hadley Wald, Jack Pelto and Knox Raines; and his siblings, Dale Raines and Cindi Bindus.
