He was predeceased by: his father Ronald Miller; his son Timothy Miller; and his grandparents, Richard, Marion M. Miller, Sarah Browning and John R. Smith.
He is survived by: his mother Donna J. Smith (Browning); his wife Kelly A. (Rothrock); his children, Barbara Starcher (Michael) and Brandon Miller; his stepchildren, Kaitlyn Yeargin, Coy Whitely and Jadelyn Whitely; his grandchildren, Anna, Haleigh, Landon, Brantley, Braylen, Briella, Rylie, Carter and Lisa Smith; his brothers, John C. Smith (Iris) and Rodney Miller; and also Jonnie Conley. He is also survived by 1 half brother, 4 half sisters and the mother.
