He was predeceased by: his father Chester "Shorty" Donell. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Donell (Simms); his children, Roger Donell Jr. (Heidi), Chester Donell and Stephanie Fox (Aaron); and his siblings, Albert Donell (Bev) and Barb Simpson (Jean Chrest). He is also survived by loving eight grandchildren, a great-grandson.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Wood-Kortright-Borkoski Funeral Home (703 E Main St, Ravenna, OH 44266). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
