Smith (Jeremiah) of Jasper, Indiana; his grandchildren, Anna, John Ethan, Ellianna and Elijah; his former wife Trudy Porter (Snode) of Alliance, Ohio; his sisters, Janeen Porter (Donald Hamerquist) of Clallam Bay, Kimberly McIntyre (Stacey Richard) of North Port and Cynthia Sands (Glenn) of Homeworth, Ohio; and his close friend Annie Hughes. He is also survived by many other family members and close friends.
