He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, Jeff Capper (Patty), Pam Devore (Jerry), Debbie Stevens (David) and Julie Albrittan (Charles); and his brothers, Pete Lamp (Cathy) and Milton Lamp (Barb). He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren.

Jim has been cremated and there will be no services due to Covid.
