It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen L. Casper of Atwater, Ohio, born in Portsmouth, Ohio, who passed away on June 9, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Pamela Schmidbauer (Stephen) of Atwater, Joe Casper (Shawne) of Medina and Billy Evans of Portage County; her grandchildren, Jayson, Jennifer (Nick), Joe, Faith, Emily and Sammy; and her siblings, Frances, Shirley and Ricky. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
