It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Floyd L. Thomas of Atwater, Ohio, born in Alliance, Ohio, who passed away on August 17, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Celia Roth Pence and Guy Thomas; his stepfather Otis Gamber; his son Brian L. Thomas; and his brother Dale Thomas.
He is survived by: his wife Lucinda Thomas; his children, Kevin Thomas (Brenda) of Diamond and Cathy Knapp (Doug) of Marlboro; his grandchildren, Ozzie, Isaac, Elliott Thomas and Madison Knapp; and his brother-in-law Don Kerr of Sebring. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Floyd's name may be made to Atwater Fire Department, Atwater, Randolph, Suffield Food Bank, or Atwater United Methodist Church.
