She is survived by: her parent Dorothy Flickinger (Brown); her husband Forrest Simmons; her siblings, Marge Plavka, Ruthann Ravenscroft and Elmer Flickinger (Flick); her children, Candey McCary (Casey), Renee Dennis (Ray) and John Hall; her stepchildren, Barbara Westervelt (Simmons) and Paul Simmons; her grandchildren, Crystal, Angela, Chloe, Stephanie, Greg, Ryan, Ray, Daymi, David and Dalton; and her great grandchildren, Kayleauna, Alexandria, Abigail, Savannah, Ashlie, Natalie, Brooklynn, Madison and Kelleah. She is also survived by wife, mother, proud grandma, sister, aunt and friend.
