He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis DeSimio and Marion DeSimio (Sampson); and his brother Robert. He is survived by: his wife Vivian DeSimio (Schimoeller); his son David E. DeSimio (Sandra) of Louisville; his grandchildren, Samantha, Jacob and Abigail; and his brother Richard DeSimio (Kathleen) of Ravenna.
