He was predeceased by: his mother Leta Jane Frame (Singleton); and his brothers, Don and Randy Frame. He is survived by: his father George O. Frame; and his siblings, Kim Stump (Don), Brent Frame (Patti Jo), Karen Horning (Tom) and Loretta Luli (Dan). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
