He was predeceased by: his parents, James Dickson and Hazel Dickson (Heaton); his son Charles Dickson Jr.; and his siblings, Joyce Elaine Dickson, Mary Lucy Rhodes, Nancy Joanne Payton, James F. Dickson Jr., Kenneth G. Dickson, John E. Dickson, Robert R. Dickson Sr., Roger L. Dickson and Louis F. Dickson.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Lucille Dickson (Wilkinson); his children, Jackie LaRusch of Lacey, Rebecca Bruce (Johnny) of Randolph, Tiffany Jancel (Tim), Joseph Wilkinson (Tracy) of Bristol, CT, Ronnie Dickson (Rhonda) of Alliance and Daniel Dickson (Stacy) of Ashtabula; and his grandchildren, Courtney, Rachel, Joseph Jr., Juliana, Mykayla, Katherine, Shelby, Junior, Frank, Summer, Zain, Kyla, Kalani, Johnny Jr., Haylee, Lea, Martha and Cassidy Bruce. He is also survived by several great- grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and extended family.
