He was predeceased by: his father Henery J. Woolley; his wife Traci Lynn Woolley (Buckley); and his daughter Alexis Mishell Lynn Woolley. He is survived by: his mother Beverly J. Woolley (Moison); his children, Brandi Woolley and Phillip Woolley of Atwater, Ohio; and his sisters, Brenda J. Swyers (G. Swyers), Denise A. Woolley and Diane L. Sanchez. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
