We are sad to announce that on November 13, 2023, at the age of 101, Bessie Ellen Kirby of Atwater, Ohio, born in Wayne, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Maurice Emory and Mary Ellen Sunderland (Hockenberry); her husband Fred Kirby; her grandchildren, Alex Kost and Tracy Smith (Kirby); and her great grandchild Christopher Kirby.
She is survived by: her children, Joyce Hess (Melvin), Ed Kirby (Rose), Larry Kirby, Jim Kirby (Char), Gary Kirby (Ronnie) and Liesa Kost (Tim). She is also survived by her 15 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren and 16 great-great grandchildren.
