With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Susan K. Shade of Attica, Ohio, born in Willard, Ohio, who passed away on June 20, 2022 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Robert E. Hornett; and her brother Robert K. Hornett. She is survived by: her children, Mark Shade (Susan) of Virginia Beach and Michelle Hoepf (Jason) of Republic; her grandchildren, Kyle Hoepf of Republic, Alex Shade Beach of Virginia and Thomas Leal (Sydney) of Charleston, SC; and her siblings-in-law, Dennis Shade of Attica and Marilyn Hornett of Attica.

Memorial contribution may be made to the Attica American Legion Ladies Auxiliary or to the charity of the donor's choice.
