She was predeceased by: her father Arthur Isaac; her siblings, Ivan, Willis, Buster Isaac and Patricia Burke; and her brother-in-law Arvil Ledford.
She is survived by: her husband Arthur Caudill; her children, Thresa Arnold (Wayne) and Arthur Caudill Jr. (Kristen); her grandchildren, Misty, Joshua, Jenny, Ethan, Paityn and Connor; her siblings, Geraldine Ledford, Arlan, Greg and Tony Isaac; and her pet Lucky. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren.
Memorial Contributions in Shirlene's honor may be gifted to the Attica United Methodist Church or the Attica Community Food Pantry.
