He was predeceased by: his parents, Loyd Kirby and Janis Kirby (Stauffer). He is survived by: his wife Jolene Kirby (Gillespie); his children, Jacob Kirby of Tiffin and Karlee Kirby of Akron; and his siblings, Raphael Kirby of Tiffin and Amanda Kirby of Toledo.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the family in c/o the funeral home.
