He was predeceased by: his father William C. Brooks; his wife Mary Carolyn Kerr; his daughter Candy; and his sisters, Marilyn Ginter and Helen Alford.
He is survived by: his sons, Glenn Brooks Jr. (Linda), Gregory Brooks and Jeffrey Brooks (Denise). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren.
Memorial Contributions in Glenn's honor may be gifted to the Seneca East Public Library or Heartland Hospice.
