He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle Osborne (Forrest), Karla Meisner and Krista Hammond (Jim); his grandchild Mikayela; his wife Deb; his siblings, Mary Ann Johnston (Richard), Connie Courtright (Bob Jester), Karen Panuto, Allen Hines (Germaine), David Hines and Benny "Bird" Hines (Marge); his grandchildren, Brooke Osborne, Hayden, Harrison Meisner and Andrew Hammond; and his sister-in-law Janet Hines.
