He is survived by: his daughter Brenda Rush (Shane Brown); his grandchildren, Kayla Bivens (Chase), Heather Hamilton, Kory Hamilton, Jordan Holcomb, Kyle Rush (Carrie Otts) and Bailey Hamilton; his siblings, Linda Roark, Russell Roark (Diane), Chad Roark Jr. and Kenneth Roark; and his niece Kaitlyn Roark. He is also survived by loving great grandchildren.
