She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Kucinic and Mildred Kucinic (Sifferlin); her son Mark Martin; and her sister Darlene Kucinic. She is survived by: her son Peter Martin; and her brother David Kucinic (Phyllis). She is also survived by four grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in her honor may be made to Dawn's family.
