He is survived by: his daughters, Sue Fuller (John) of Stone Mountain, GA and Karla Raymond (Chad) of Attica; his stepsons, Troy Felter (Laura) of Tiffin and Col. Trevor Felter (Jessica) of Norfolk, VA; his grandchildren, Aaron Fuller (Alexus), Alijah Fuller, David Raymond (Ashley), Joshua Raymond, Baily Felter, Ashley Felter, Zarek Felter, Anthony Felter and LilyAnn Felter; his great grandchildren, Timothy Fuller and Liam Raymond; and his siblings, Tom Kiesel of Fostoria, Sharon Lynch of Tiffin, Kate Weaver of Tiffin and Linda Hayman of Republic.
