He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Newmeyer and Harmina Newmeyer; and his siblings, Herbert (Stick), Theodore Newmeyer, Wilma Baumier, Emma Shetterly, Virginia Smith, Mary Frederick, Harmena Elmer, Julia Ginter, Rose Wadsworth and Crystal Messersmith.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Newmeyer; his children, Edward Newmeyer (Michele), June Gerber (Ken) and William Newmeyer; his grandchildren, Bailey and Grace Billman; his sister Hilda Lee; and his siblings-in-law, Kay Newmeyer and Robert Smith.
Memorial contributions may be made to the March of Dimes or in care of Phyllis Newmeyer for a scholarship fund for his grandchildren.
