It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte M. Phillips of Attica, Ohio, who passed away on December 4, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Dale Phillips; and her son Glenn E. Phillips. She is survived by: her children, Marvin Phillips of Middletown and Deanna Phillips of Fremont; her grandchildren, Chelsea Arndt, Cheyenne Rathbun, Zach Cundiff, Zoe Phillips, Zaya Phillips and Jesse Phillips; her great grandchildren, Neely and Noelle Rathbun; and her siblings, Frank Smith (Rita) of Altona, IL and JoAnn Bowman of Tiffin.
