She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Welch and Bertha Derry Welch; her husband Alton P. Douglas; her grandchildren, Angie Douglas, Eric Douglas and Allie Douglas; and her sister Doris Welch Colburn.
She is survived by: her children, Sue Wilkes, Mark, Pam Douglas, Mike and Lindy Douglas; her grandchildren, Michael Douglas (Amanda) and Lydia Collins (Josh); and her great grandchildren, Brock Shaner, Lyla Collins and Indie Douglas.
