She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Watkins and Pauline Watkins; her husband James L. Frazee; and her siblings, Rowena Hanning, Willard Watkins and John "Dick" Watkins.
She is survived by: her daughters, Vicki Powell, Nannette (Bill Carman) and Lori (Mark Abdella); her grandchildren, Tim Powell of Albany and Tina (John Hooper); and her great grandchildren, Courtney Powell, Corey Wooten, Haley Bissell and Brandon Bissell.
