She was predeceased by: her parents, William Garvin and Mary Lowe Garvin; her husband James F. Frank; and her siblings, John, Walter, Charles Garvin, Sylvia Ambrose, Goldie Townsend, Neva Mossman and Helen Garvin.
She is survived by: her sister Anna Lewis. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
