He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Walraven Van Dyke; his daughters, Amy Van Dyke and Ashley Farley (Jeremy); his stepchildren, David Heightland (Debra), Angie Heightland, Lisa Huston (Rick), Roger Rutter (Missy), Heather Carter (Ed), Amy Wolfe (Jason) and David Mayles; his grandchildren, Jordan, Dalton, Austin, Bennett, Michelle Brody, Chase, Drew, Avery, Owen, Kiley, Kaitlyn, Breeana, Jacob and Hadley; and his close friends, Paul Walraven (Frances) and Ed Hornsby.
